Why i need device that can reads resistance below my regular DMM?
I have short circuit between 2 pins.
I measure with my DMM in "diode" condition every resistor, capacitor and 3 transistors.
But i can`t find component that has low resistance. There is 6-7 resistors with low
resistance but they are OK.
I think that thermal camera or alcohol method will be not usable, because
electronics try to start but i read error and stop.

I replace GIF5CH60TS-X, but after again error i start to measure again and notice short circuit
between Cin (pin #15) and GND (pin #16).
This i why i desolder 1 resistor and notice that short circuit come from other line, but
it is big Cu plate on PCB and is connected to too much elements. So i try to measure
all resistors and capacitors but no luck......

on my previous post with help from this forum i found short circuit GIF5CH60TS-X
I replace it but again give me error for current over 16A.
I measure again and found short circuit between #15 and #16 (Cin and GND).
On PCB i remove R121 to check in which direction is short circuit. But this pin goed
to big copper piece on back side.
So i try to measure over every resistor and capacitor
But i can`t find any short circuit,
On example circuit of GIF5CH60TS-X is labaled that Cin can goes to GND in some cases:

Thank you. It is not problem. Over PCB there is PVC plate and this IC goest into it. So extra length will be
on opposite side of PCB and i can cut them.
I`ll purchase from somewhere, because there is no bulgarian firm that offer it.
Hope that this will be the only problem for whole washing machine.

I desolder gif5ch60ts-x and start to measure and found
short circiut between #20 and #23. I hope that this is
whole problem.
#18, #19 and #20 on PCB are grounded and #23 I
third phase output to motor.
Btw over internet I found gif5ch60ts-L instead gif5ch60ts-x.
In datasheet is not labaled what is the meaning of every
letter, but I hope that they are the same.
biggest IC is GIF5CH60TS-X. Over internet most sites offer GIF5CH60TS-L.
Do you know can i check it if i apply only 230V~ on inverter, without programmer
and to measure some voltages or other?

On top board i have choke, bridge, capacitor and 1 small IC. So there i have 310V= and 16V=.
On other PCB there is 1 big IC and other. I try to check all smd transistor and they are OK.
May be when i see biggest IC number i can find option to test it...
No luck with helping the drum. Now i have only E57 - may be motor current over 15A (as read over internet).
I delete it, it display E00, but again no start.
Motor is Welling YXT320-2E(L) and it has only 4 wire socket. This 4 wires came from inverter. 1 wire is connected
to motor ground and other 3 wires (3-phases) goes to the motor. Even i did not see tacho.
Between 3 wires i have 7.2-8ohm resistance, and no resistance to ground.
So may be it is inverter problem/fault...

It goes in some kind of service mode and show me E57.
As i read this is problem in inverter. Error meaning is "too high current at motor"
Try again to press both buttons to clear code, but no luck - it stay at E57...

Motor is welling yxt320-2e(l) - so it is without brushes. May be i can just
check resistance between every wire.
Washing machine was working excellent and stop after
electric shock - this is overvoltage or undervoltage for short time.
In most cases this is overvoltage and this is danger for electronics.

This washing machine has power module emc18aecn1 and programmer ewx14931 914913208.
It stop after electric shock.
When i choose only spin it show 12min remaining. After 1min it start drain pump, after
second it start relay (measured 12v ot relay`s coil) that deliver 230V to power module.
This is also ~1second and then pump and relay stop. After ~2min this repeat - pump,
after it relay and both stop.
There is no error.
Can somebody help me to try to fix it?

this system has mainboard HT-DB120/THA25.
Display working and also i can switch modes, but there
is no audio.
I noticed that resistor R100 is heating up.
I found wiring in attach, but there is diferences.
1. In this wiring 1st pin of resistor is attached to diode bridge and
second pin is attached to Collector of PQ5. On PCB is not the same.
2. Resistor R100 is labaled as 10ohm, but it is 22ohm. Even colour
code (red, red, black, gold) show 22 ohm.
3. Emitter of PQ5 must go to PIC4 (7812), but this also is not true.
So, it seems...
I remove all mosfets with heatsin and test all them with universal tester (for transistor, capacitor, resistor etc...) and all of them are working.
Next i`ll unplug all optrones and test them. There is 1 resistor R500 and on PCB i measure over it 2.5ohm. I`m not shure in his code but it
looks like red red gold gold green. But nowhere there is option gold to be on 2nd or 3rd position... Even if colours are red red yellow yellow green - it
must be some kiloohms.
Also will try to check where are going FPOB and PGO pins.
Btw on primary side there is cm6800tx IC. I`ll...
I work after test lamp (75W)
In normal state on FPOB there is 4.91V. When i connect green to black - it goes to 0V. I make bridge between pin #2 and #3 (FPOB and GND) and then green to black - again
PSU start for second and power off.
I take second working PSU and with 5W, 12V bulb i injecti 3.3, 5 and 12V. When i power up working PSU - it is OK. There is no short in not working psu.
When i try to power up not working PSU lamp light up may be at 100%.
4 diodes on heatsink (for low voltages) are OK - i remove them with heatsink and measure them. ...

This PSU use WT7527V supervisor.
On purple cable i have 5V, but on #4 of WT7527V i have 0.21V.
If i try to start PSU with short between green and black it star for a second and stop.
For what other to check? I now that is needed more info but i don`t know what else to share
