    Icom PS-15 power supply

    Hi!
I have an old (but good) Icom PS-15 power supply.
This PSU was modified by a technical and now the original control circuit is no longer there.
I want to make the original circuit because the modified circuit don't work fine.

The original circuit use an old components and i need help to find (if possible) equivalent (but modern) components.

The first components is U05, rectifier/filter.
The second is XZ-051, reference voltage.

    Thank you for help.

    Alberto

XZ-051 is just 1 5.1 volt 1 watt zener diode. D4 & D5 could be any general purpose 1 amp diode like 1n4007

What was the hack that was done?

Doesn't appear to have much protection circuit in this original circuit... so is it better?

I guess if the hack doesn't work, it doesn't work...
