need help fixing a macintosh G3 AIO power supply

I have a power supply for a power macintosh G3 AIO that chirps when i try to power it on. I've located the coil that the sound is coming from. the numbers on it are:
6170TMZ027A
NY9815
everything on the board looks fine... no swollen caps or anything as far as i can tell
any ideas how to fix it?

check the output diodes,
chirping is often caused by the output being overloaded

Did you get your G3 power supply working? I have the same issues.
