Based on another post in this forum by axlmastr, the failed HP-F1106F3 that I have is probably due to bad caps. None of the caps appears to be bulging, but I realize that they could still be the problem.
I sent axlmstr an email asking for a quote to repair it. He doesn't come here that often, so I thought I would ask here for recommendations for a repair source. While I can find replacement supplies, unless they have been recapped, they are likely to fail soon, as well.
The non-profit organization that this belongs to doesn't have the money to replace the computer right now, so hopefully we can get this supply going again. The symptom is that the fans spin up for about a half a second when the supply is first powered up. Then it is completely dead.
