make a MACRO photo from the charging port.
i change a dozen of them.
It take ages to charge back because the battery is dead flatJust cook it! It's already broken. -

If your Blackberry playbook battery is dead flat
it will never charge, the charging circuit is OS dependent
meaning if it doesn't see a minimum of 2.8 volts at the battery
it will not charge
Google stack charging for your playbook
or youtube for how to manually charge it

Try to use the fast charging (Not the ordinary one). If you don't have one, replace the battery.Comment

reset the software.
i had a fone for BB that wouldnt charge till i did a battery-pull.
in worse-case situations with BB fones you need to re-flash them.Comment

early problem this laptop is short 19v...after replace short capacitor (PC6005), this laptop does running okay...but the problem is battery percentage not increase...charging orange light is normal when insert adapter...
i have try replace 2pcs new battery but also same result...on status it saying "charging" but percentage not increase...this laptop also running okay with only battery (got 27% left)....

The charging indicator light on my ASUS X54H laptop is always on even when the charger is disconnected.
Windows also shows ''Plugged in'' when charger is not connected.
This problem started year ago gradually, when unplugging the charger the charging light took several seconds to disappear, then minutes, and now almost always on even when unplugged for an entire day.
Strangely, before sometimes immediately when plugging in the charger the charging light went away, and later came back with it connected.

hello, �� i have been sitting on some microsoft surface pro 4 tablets for a while now. i was originally tasked with replacing the battery in one of the tablets, and ended breaking the screen and logic board in the process. decided to buy another tablet with the same specs. got that screen off successfully of the second tablet. the logic board appeared good, but i guess i shorted something out in the installation process of the logic which i've read is a common issue if there is no barrier between the logic board and battery pins. all that said, i ate costs of the repair and have... -
This battery PCB is new but was put in not its original charger, and now the battery won't charge.
First of all BMS chip is without a name. It is 20 pins but no marking.
On this board, I can't understand where B- the line is connected to the board.
Any suggestions about the BMS Chip and other things to look for?... -
Hi all
We have in a HP ProBook 445 G8 laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 CPU. When power is connected the power LED light blinks 5 times then stops. Normally HP laptops will blink this LED 10 times as it does a self test when the AC adaptor is inserted. So there must be some sort of short somewhere.
The battery doesn't charge, and is erratic on the MM voltage. Bench PSU LED pulsates when the battery is connected also. So the fault must be on the charging circuit?
I have gone around the board with a MM and cant find anything
