    Treadmill controller (zipro dream (?)) - PCB-ZYXK9- 1111-V1.2.PCB not working

    Hello

    I received a treadmill controller (probably Zipro Dream) for repair (more like replacing parts). Board designation: PCB-ZYXK9-1111-V1.2.PCB. existing in it were:
    • mosfet Q9 (originally MDF4N60 was installed) - mounted on P10NK60ZFP;
    • resistor R64 (replaced);
    • F2 protection.

    After turning on the power of AC1 and AC2, the components burned again. The existing elements were desoldered and new ones were soldered. The controller has not been connected yet because I'm afraid they would be destroyed again.

    There are no additional restrictions that can be applied, burnouts, etc.

    Using the 29V from service power supply I have 22.94V on M connector. On the Q9 mosfet: gate 5V and disappears, drain - 28.56V, source 28V and drops. D10 has a diode of 0.219 in the test. And I also replaced chip U12.

    Please let me know what else I can check and what to pay attention to.

    Regards

    ASUS ROG Strix- G513IH-HN008, G513-6050A3249301- MB-A04 (A4) damaged Embedded Controller
    by master3112
    I have an ASUS ROG Strix- G513IH-HN008, motherboard G513-6050A3249301- MB-A04 (A4)

    When I received the device, the device has no function. After an investigation, I found that the PWM CONTROLLER RT6575B (U6100) is getting warm and there is a short circuit at the 3V3 output. This normally supplies 3V3 for the embedded controller IT5571E-128 (U301). When measuring and analyzing with a thermal imaging camera, I found that some components are damaged: SLG4E42553VTR (U8500), IT5571E-128 (U301), LAN RTL8111H (U450), LOGIC 74LVC1G08GW (U1900), RT6575B (U6100) All these components are on...

    Lift Master Garage Door wall switch display / motion sensor controller display disappeared no back light
    by sam_sam_sam
    This happened last Saturday and today I finally had time this morning before I went to work to replace two non brand capacitors

    I will let you be the judge weather or not these are bad or not according to the blue ESR meter that I am using

    I am comparing them to a brand new one that I installed

    The display came back on and the programming was not lost which I was surprised by I would have thought that when the display went blank that so did the memory as well

    I going to let it run for several days before I remount back on the wall next to the...

    Modifing a Battery Spot Welder because of Controller Issues
    by sam_sam_sam
    I keep having the same exact issue with these battery spot welder controller boards

    They either do one of two things

    One the controller does not send the signal for the transformer fire which is a very common problem with this controllers micro controller failure

    Or

    The controller has some malfunction which means that it does not cycle the pluses more than once or none at all and should do it any where from 1 pluse to 20 pluses because you can not change the setting does not respond to its input micro controller failure

    This...

    Trials and Tribulations with M.NT68676.2 LCD Controller board and LVDS Panel
    by WiredRacing
    Hey all, want to poke the hive mind here for a technology I must be missing something critical about I can't discern from looking at spec sheets alone.

    I have an ATGames Legends Pinball machine, the playfield is a 32" LCD Display. I'm trying to attach an LCD controller to it for direct PC access, as others have been successful.

    The LCD is a SPLENDID CD320B01A-350 (I think it's a custom panel for ATGames as google turns up nothing), which is mated to a HV320FHB-N02 (47-6021088) T-CON board (this is probably the important component anyhow)

    The LCD...
