    Odin P/Ss

It looks like Gigabyte really noticed that they used to use sh*t caps. Now look at their new power supplies, and notice how they use engrish "Best reliability Japan made capacitors" as one of the features. Anybody have any info on this? Could it all possibly be UCCs and Rubys like Zippy? Could it possibly even be made by Zippy?

I assume they are Seasonic build, as those have similar statements on their s12 psu“s.
But the early units have had only a Rubycon mains filter capacitor.
But today even the lower power versions of Seasonic`s S12 series are equipped with all Japanese caps like UCC & Rubycon (at least those black painted units sold in Germany ).

Additionally there are not that much manufacturer which are capable in archiving 80+ efficiency easily.
As Gigabyte is now more on the high end and high price side, i think Seasonic would be the best outcome for them.
