Sfx 380watt failed mod

So I try to modify this cheapo sfx power supply
I change it's

- main cap configuration to parallel rubycon 150uf 450v two pair

-diode bridge in one package form with heatsink

- add input inductor, X & Y cap

But it won't start anymore lol

5v sb is Okey

Sc1605 got all of its voltage

I got 320dc on main cap

I got 14dc on output of middle small transformer (d9 those 1n4148)

Secondary diodes is good (two pair mbr1645, f1620)

Primary trannies is good (two 13700b)

Power management ic is me8117 i don't know if it's good lol

Optopcoupler
Pin 1 4.98v
Pin 2 3.9v
Pin 3 1.16v
Pin 4 hot ground


Ic power management
Me8117
Pin 1 no reading
Pun 2 6.45v
Pin 3 no reading (connected to pin3 Opto)
Pin4 no reading (connected to pin4 Opto)
Pin5 no reading
Pin6 cut leg/no connection
Pin7&8 1v (connected same winding on small transformer)
The other end winding read 324v


First npn13007

B = no reading
C = 325v
E = no reading (connected to collector's second 13007)

Second npn13007

B= no reading
C= no reading or fluctuate sometimes
E= no reading

Main big transformer 0v on all pin whatsoever

12v pad after inductor reading 2v
Other rails is 0volt lol




I already change all of 1n4148 diodes
