QJE PS3010 Switching Power Supply schematic

Does anyone have a schematic diagram of a QJE PS3010? I suspect a 1000uF across the DC output as initially it works then after a minute shuts down. There is a residual current drain with nothing connected. Appreciate if someone can help as I dont want to bin the PS.

i've noted that this same power supply has another brands named on it, like ICEL here in Brazil. the real thing is to know who is the real manufacturer to get the right schematic. I didn't find any schematic in the internet about this PSU. Does it works perfectly before it shuts down?
