    samsung bn-4400141a

    haveing problems with this samsung bn-4400141a power supply i have replaced all the caps and still no picture or sound. I have a part number to what i think is a transformer or a coil wraped with yellow tape the part# is IP-40M-vmbc0624 this part look swollen and brown residue on the tape around the copper winding.This Board is out a samsung lns4695dx/xaa please help

    its rare those transformers fail.
    time to see what voltages are there and which are not.
