So the hole for the selector switch is just covered up by one of those "240V only" stickers, or do you have to punch/nibble one out?
Amazing- it actually has an entire input filter! Complete with a "CY3" from one side of the DC bus to chassis.
Yes, there's where "ZR1" would go, across the line, after the fuse.
You should be able to solder the 220K 1/4w bleeders on the back of the board, directly to ZR2 and ZR3's terminals.
Those caps look "funny," so I think you know what to do next...

						 it's pretty empty there... thanks for the info!! And I know you said a jumper would do but I added the switch anyways because I had some just sitting around, so I figured why not. Added some pics, will try and get a solder shot soon too
