I was just also mentioning that it has no bleeders it's pretty empty there... thanks for the info!! And I know you said a jumper would do but I added the switch anyways because I had some just sitting around, so I figured why not. Added some pics, will try and get a solder shot soon too

So the hole for the selector switch is just covered up by one of those "240V only" stickers, or do you have to punch/nibble one out?

Amazing- it actually has an entire input filter! Complete with a "CY3" from one side of the DC bus to chassis.

Yes, there's where "ZR1" would go, across the line, after the fuse.

You should be able to solder the 220K 1/4w bleeders on the back of the board, directly to ZR2 and ZR3's terminals.

Those caps look "funny," so I think you know what to do next...

I got this thing recapped and powering a system with a Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz, 4GB DDR2, Intel mobo with nichicon caps and a BFG GTX 260. I loaded it up to 275W and it actually ran pretty cool and quiet. Thank you very much for your help kaboom

I couldn't find any suitable resistors to go along with the varistors so I decided to just leave that and use it on a surge protector. The NTC thermistor is right next to the bridge rectifier. I can always add them later when I find some resistors

The resistors are surface mounted. There are two in series across each cap.
