Actually, the more I look at this board, I think I can just go with a fatter cap, if I raise it up. I seem to have 50mm of clearance and then some before it hits the fan. I would of course shift it over to where the wiring is and insulate the leads with heatshrink so it doesn't come in contact with coils surrounding it.
SO what would I need panny FR? I would like to use Nichi HE because of how cheap they are on digi key.

They make everything there so they can sometimes get it and sell individually for good money
Half of the computer problems is caused by bad contacts 
Capking has Samxons for 0,9 USD, that's not bad actually but I need some for 16 V too, he has for 10 V only.

Thus, I knew I'd eventually go around to repairing it. One year later and we're here.
