    Zalman ZM600-HP don´t start

I'm with a Zalman ZM600-HP that does not start.
    Fuse, NTC and +5VSB good.
    No signs of short.
    Fault in control circuit? (CM6800 - ).
I have not found the schematic.

Edit: (now that I'm actually awake and brain functional)

If this has PFC, then the voltage across the large cap could be 400V DC as selldoor cautions.

If you are new to this forum, we can help a lot more if you please post clear focused pictures (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) of your boards using the manage attachments button so they are hosted here. Information and picture clarity compositions should look like this post.

We respectfully ask that you make some time and effort to read some of the guides available for basic troubleshooting. After you have read through them, then ask clarification questions or report your findings.

Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.

        edit:

        1) What is the DC voltage on pin 13 (VCC) with respect to GND (pin 10)?

        2) See if pin 13 and pin 10, above, are shorted with respect to each other.

As I mentioned in post #3, if your power supply has a PFC circuit and is functioning, the DC voltage across the large cap should be close to 400V DC.

              I found a shorted diode MBR3045 in the secondary , +12V rail.
              Thanks for the help.
