    HP 5188-7520 testing

This power supply had several bad caps in it.
I have replaced all the capacitors,What do i have to do to get this to turn on.
I am testing it on the bench,So do i need to tickle a pin to ground or tickle a pin to a voltage? If so dose any one know witch pins?

Whatever I do, I consider it a success, if in the end I am breathing, seeing, feeling and hearing!

It seems an ATX supply, so you would connect the Green wire to some GND( black wire ) near it.

        It' up and running.
This about a $60 power supply so 8 capacitors to get it going, is Worth it.
