Looks more like its wedged right inbetween a diode pack and the 5vsb transformer.

The ones on the secondary heatsink are generally two schottky or ultrafast diodes in a to-220 or to-247 package. They convert the 12v and 5v (as well as the 3.3v which is derived from the 5v through a mag-amp circuit) AC current from the transformer into their DC voltages. Though modern power supplies that use DC to DC for the 5v and 3.3v use VRM's to convert the 12v into 5v and 3.3v.
The primary switchers take the ~320-380v (depending on the topology, presence of APFC, etc...) DC on the primary and convert it into AC current and feed it to the primary transformer.Comment
