This is weird. Why your schematic shows Skylake-DDR3, but NM-B521 should be Kabylake with DDR4?

Please check the file you post. It shows model is FN1KR-2. It's not NM-B521.

its the correct board look at the silk screen on the boardview itself. It is a different rev than the production one though theres no testpads shown. heres jtag pinout quick reference i made

My bad. I was looking for 2 different boards in 2 different topics and I thought this is the other one actually.
