That's so rare in my experience. I never saw it so far. Most of the time it's burnt backlight LEDs or something like that. On older CCFL devices I get burnt inverter board (CCFL boards do have a fuse normally).
I would check the voltage coming to LEDs to see if it's even need to bother with the fuse or you need to replace screen/LEDs.Leave a comment:

Why do you think the fuse is the issue? There are many other components related to this.
Not to mention that if the fuse is gone, that usually indicates another more serious issue and bridging a fuse will make it worse.
