What software is used to open/read the BRD file. I use Cadence Allegro to design boards with a BRD extension. The system says that it was converted wrong and needs to have a binary output.
What software is used to open/view the BVR file?

That works great. Now found out that my board isn't the same one. Now need to find the number on the board.

Found that I have the 820-01700-05 board and is not the same layout.
