Is there an editor to correct missing net names, added test points location for BVR files? I can use an text editor to replace '$$$NET119X' with 'PGND_SCREW_HOLE1', but is prone to mistakes or combining nodes.

Found a typo in BB_EEPROM_I2C_SDA netlist. Here is corrected openboardview file.

These BVR files will work with Openboardview. They contain less information but still should help out a lot of people I hope.

Perhaps later Openboardview can support BGA pad names rather than just numbers, but it's a start.
