Help identify 3 pin smd element marked A22020

I am not able to identify this element marked A22020. Some short indexes suggest it is a n-channel mosfet or a pnp transistor. I measured it and it looks to have only a very small capacitance between pins 2 and 3. Any suggestion would be very important. In my experience whatever it should be a dead component. The device is a level radar which looks no current consumption although 12V and 3.3v are ok at MCU and in the circuit but no data transmission?...

Hello, I have a legion pro 5 16arx8 serial number pf4bf4aw mb code nm-f251 rev1.0 which was dissasembled by the client for cleaning. Now it does start but for 20 secs after that fans run at maximum and then shut down. Found PU8302 burned but cannot identify it the part. It is written eHFAA on it but didn't found any info, no boardview, nothing. Can anyone help identify the part so I can order it from somwhere?
