Need Schematic Lenovo Yoga 720-13IKB LA-E551P REV 2.0
I have a short measured from a coil and some surrounding caps. So far I am ASSUMING its a 5v circuit.
I have battery charge light.
I have battery and power light.
Battery charges to full (8v) no problem.
Power button responds with power light coming on.
No power up from board.
What is crazy is I cannot locate the 19v rail in this thing. I know its there or I would not have the other rails. I do have a short on a circuit that I assume is a 5v rail. Short to ground along with surrounding caps.Comment

No power problem: power button not light; in your case it's power down, it can be caused by a short in cpu or gpu section; or a bad me region, you can try to flash the bios and ec bios first.

Hi Guys i have similar problem but i dont have schematic to check all rails is they are OK or Short.
Any update or schematic or at least to tell which rail is short on your board.

Hi all,
I have a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 ProX (model: 14arh7 R7-6800hs without nvidia gpu) with a USB-C charging fault.
USB-C port area gets extremely hot when the charger is connected, and the laptop won't charge. On inspection I found a chip marked GBVUE1X0801 (one of four identical ones on the board) with a visible black/burnt mark on the package, located near the USB-C charging circuit, I dont know if it the culprit or something else is.
Anyone got Schematic and boardview for this motherboard, specifically the USB-C PD/charging section ?
