Update:
when plugged in the small PU6210 ic was heating up. The connected PJ6210 (+3VL network) was shorted to Ground. This shortcircuit was caused by the UE1 SIO-chip (IT8227VG-256). I bought a preprogrammed replacement from china, which has the laptop working again.

I couldn't find boardviews or schematics for this model, so i used the boardview from the Lenovo Yoga 7-14IAL7 NM-E191, which is similar. There are other threads on this forum which discuss programming the chip.
