ASUS X750LN no video/no post - help or schematic needed

Hi friends,

i'm working on an ASUS X750LN Rev2.0 (F750LN) motherboard that doesn't post. If i connect it to the charger the Battery-LED comes on after two seconds, also if no battery is connected. After some minutes the battery-indicator begins with blinking. I can power it on but it doesn't post.

U2601 is very hot. If i touch the board in the area of U8100 the machine turns off and doesn't turn on again before i unplug the charger. BIOS is already re-programmed.

I have boardview but can't find a schematic. I've read in a russian forum that there is an issue with U4502 but i don't understand what google translator want's to say ;-)

please measure ohm to gnd of u2601 pin 3 & 5 and check voltage .it is 5 v ldo regulator .one of component connected to this part maybe damage.
