I have swaped both PQ32 and 33, still no change !
I have noticed that IC TPCA 8109 was getting a litle warm, not Hot, i have removed PQ41 and this IC TPCA (PU2) is not warm anymore.

          Help please

I replaced PU2 (near 19V socket) but no change.
Can anyone help me pin point the IC generating 3.3V for the Bios chip ?
I also don't have any voltage on the power switch
            Thanks

If I understand well, before desolder the PQ41, there wasn't tension on the bios and on the power button? right?
checks if the mosfet PQ41 is really damaged, if it is not put it back in its place.
The battery led goes on ?

I don't have Power on Bios and on power switch, this with or without PQ41 (i received the mobo like this), this is why i asked for help pinpointing the ic generating 3.3V and 5V.
I'm also looking for a compatibe fet for this TPCA 8109.
                  Thanks

AFAIK, Sony's motherboard have what they called "Sony's Protection Circuits"

Make sure you have no short circuits at some point (VA, VIN, VAOFF, (+3V_RTC of course after remove CMOS battery) and Big coils)

As you see in the attachment, PQ41 is an ON/OFF mosfet, this mosfet turns on through PQ42B which is driven by VAOFF signal, there are some signals to be checked.
After you resolved this , PU2 is the chip for 3V and 5V.
