Searching for Schematic /Boardview for Lenovo T14s Gen4, KT4D5 NM-F221

I am searching for Schematic and/or Boardview for Lenovo T14s Gen4, Board: KT4D5 NM-F221

This one is with Nuvoton NPCX997KAABX EC.
I was only able to locate one for a Version with MEC1723 Chip, but this is not the one I need.

I would buy it, if I knew a site selling it, but I just can´t find it.
