Bios already given by alexnavin on your previous thread. Is it doesn't work?

I didn't check it. Because That bios dump for DSC Board but my board is UMA is it same ?

This Attached Bios Dump for only 4Mb. But i need 2Mb file also. Because 2Mb chip only found blank. and also now i soldered both on m/board according to your images. but now i am having problem i couldn't find 5V and 3.3V on Coils. i don't have schematic for this. it is very difficult to find the components on board without components ID's. That's why i asked Schematic & Boardview. i am having boardview for PLF/PLR/CSF/CSR DSC mb Rev 2.1. But it is Different Layout and components location.

I definitly didn't reading properly about boardview that uploaded by alexnavin. it was for discrete, for UMA never find on other forum as free, only on paysite.

Can you give complete model number like Toshiba C850 xxxx Pxxxxx? Maybe the official site provide complete EC+Main bioses for this model.

Download it for my self, test to extract it with no problem. Are you sure? Can you make screen short when you try it.

FYI, I'm using 7z x64 version, Is it had effect?

Yes meritosari. you are correct i just use Stuffit Expander in MAC Os. Its only said it can't. Now i extract through 7z on Windows 8, Wow it works. Thank you very much. now i have another problem that i couldn't find 5v and 3.3v on this board. i just searched for Schematic and Boardview for free.
