Hello again,
got an gaming laptop HP Omen 16 with no boot. LED goes orange with dc jack and battery in and white LED without battery. After pressing power, the laptop doesn´t boot up. Only fan starts to spin fast for 3-4 seconds and shuts off immediately and a coil whine is coming up in a rhythm. Without the RAM the fan is spinning continuously but no coil whine. In both situations with or without RAM, there is a chip "8XXDEE" (see attached picture) which is getting hot and under thermal cam I can see the temperature raises very fast up to 67-68°C.

My Sparkle (SPI) PC power supply has broken. Originally, there was totally no power output. The 5V-standby was not there. I have replaced a few bulged capacitors but not helping.
I was trying to do more troubleshooting but burned more components. Some got burned so badly that the markings were gone. And also, the markings of a few transistors were gone because the component surface was worn out somehow.
If you happened to have disassembled the same PSU model, please help to provide the markings of some of these components.

Chasing the Schematics and also the board view for the HP Laptop board, model
according to the board markings that is read sideways against the the side frame to the graphics card or the DDR4 slot it says the following for the Model,
“MODEL:OPAK”
Then assuming the card was still inserted into the slot, releasing the card and removing it will reveal the full markings printed on the board (not the card),
“DAOPAKMB6FO REV:F”
