Hello, I need help with my Surface Pro 7+. Basically it turns on to Surface logo and after a second turns off. I get roughly 2-2.2 volts on the BIOS chip when I press the power button then it power cycles down. I followed instructions to analyze ME region and no issues have been detected, but I went and cleaned the ME anyways. Here are the two files, can someone help? I have a few other Surface Pro 5's that are doing the same as well. After soldering the BIOS chip back on, the behaviour is still the same. Turns on, Surface logo, turns off.

I have used this file also with other surface pro 7 but touch screen dosent work, I dont have original file from other surface pro 7 because someone already mess around.
Is it somethong what can be fix please

Hello everyone, I work for an amusement park and I recently bought a (Surface Pro 7 Plus i7/16gb/256gb) from our end of the year employee yard sale. The computer was already wiped clean and I set it up in my name and account. Everything works fine as far as I can tell but when I tried to boot into the bios it asked me for a password and then gave me limited access to the UEFI. I asked IT for the password but the previous team that ran those surfaces no longer worked for the park. The surface works great and I got a great deal on it. I was wondering if I would run into issues since the bios/uefi is locked ? Or is it fine to use the computer as-is ?
Also is there anyway I can extract the password ?
