Look for 2 small triangular shaped pads next to the CMOS battery,or under or right next to the RAM, short the pads while booting up

He made one change in the 4MB backup, you can see the difference if you open both bios with a hex editor and compare the files. Changing 3C to 3F to invalide the password.
