Since I have desactivated fastboot, my computer doesn't start.

Motherboard : EM_IG116_366B_ENE_V2.0
BIOS chipset : GigaDevice 25LB64CVIG
Here there is the BIN file, I tried to reactivate fastboot on the file with AMIBCP but it still doesn't work.
Could you tell me what is wrong?
