Here you go. Second archive is BIOS update from HP website along with trimmed version to be flashed directly to BIOS chip by programmer.

Leave it alone or edit model name with nbdmifit after flash. Is the BIOS model name such a critical issue for your client?

I used to upgrade these to HD6370 instead of HD5470 GPU when they came in with dead chips. Never had a single issue, no BIOS editing required. In fact I never knew there ever was a model with a HD6370 GPU from the factory, apparently yours has that.

Update: probably i need no more the bios.. pc is booting, i forgot to connect a ram, now the real goal is how to test it without a harddisk, my old puppy linux usb key don't totally load, i made a new updated puppy key but it doesnt boot even on desktop pc.. diskpart says the usb drive is not bootable, diskpart refuses to set it to be bootable, with the command "attributes disk set boot disk".

Just archiving everything related to bumpgate since most stuff has disappeared from Google. Maybe people will finally take the time to read some of it and stop shouting "reflow gpu" at every occasion but rather try to understand what the real issue is…
Interesting parts about the failure analysis are "Why Nvidia's chips are defective" and "Why Nvidia's duff chips are due to shoddy engineering"

May complete this post at a later date with more details.
Basically issue is a combination of thermal dissipation of the chip with hotspot,...

Notice to users of XGecu TL866II Plus / T48 / T56 / T76 programmers regarding BIOS backup file size
            by m1ch43lzm
            Hi everyone
I noticed on the Xgpro software the BIOS backup files have extra bytes at the end when reading some chips, this is because the Xgpro software also reads the OTP region of those flash chips, and by default will append that region to the saved file
            Programmer models: XGecu TL866II Plus / T48 / T56 / T76

Example: GD25LQ128D (1.8V), IC size is listed as 0x1000000 Bytes (16777216 bytes) + 0xC00 bytes, those extra 0xC00 bytes will be appended to the end of the saved file by default, resulting in a file size of 16780288 bytes
There's also an extra OTP Secu.R...
