    Greetings to all.
I have a strange problem with an Lenovo Ideadpad gaming 3 15ACH6, to be more detailed, laptop worked fine for at least 1 year and from a few days ago laptop won't boot into windows, it gives bluescreen witn ntoskrnl.exe and, tought it's from OS or hdd or even Ram, but all of those are fine, even if i try to do a fresh install with W11 it give's bluescreen with page fault in nonpaged area.
So tryed with a good Ram, even with another good SSD, tryed with more USB drives with media creation tool for os install, same problem. It give BSO at windows load or windows installer load.
next i tryed to update bios, but only chance to do it was with recovery procedure and it worked to update bios but not the EC too.
So to eliminate this possibility of let's say incorect EC dump or incompability from EC with Main i wanna ask you for a clean bios and EC dump.
If this won't work out then the only option remain that the problem to be from CPU and it should be changed/reballed.
if it can help, i can enter in advanced bios setup with the secquence of F2-Fn+R+N-F10-Yes-F2, maybe you got some ideeas of what i can change from there to bypass this problem (maybe increasing some voltage of Ram or CPU, or increasing some page file if exists)
I atached readed dumps from the MB and the official update from lenovo(H3CN47WW).

You can try them without the serial, it can be added later.

The laptop has four bios versions...the laptop's bios is corrupted and the bios version cannot be found...try the versions from post 83 one by one...
The DMI offsets don`t look right (for the 82k2) ,i think they should be

    EA5000 - EA6FFF

    EAA000 - EAA03F

My oppinion is that replacement accoring to my comparison link and your bios datasheet W25Q128JWSIQ is better for your replacement because its maximum Maximum Clock Frequency is up to 133Mhz and your GD25LR128D is up to 120Mhz
    (w25q128fwsig is only 104 Mhz)
but someone correct me if I wrong.
Thank you very much, all works as should.

If you cannot detect chip with the program then either your driver is not correctly installed on your machine or the legs not tuching, OR chip is faulty.
Try reinstalling the driver first and check leg connection with multimeter

I ordered a replacement from China, but it seems to be fake, as the programmer doesn't detect the chip at all. My question is: what is its equivalent? I don't want to order another one just to find out it doesn't work again. I checked the W25Q128JWSIQ and W25Q128FW, but I'm not sure if they're compatible. Please help. Thank you for your time and response.

Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 (serial number: MP2BFZEF) bios request
    by Wahaz
    Hello,

I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....

ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI - BIOS Help
    by grimacelord
    Hello,

I have spent the last hour on this and I guess this is just over my head, so here I am.

I have an ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI motherboard here that needs to have the BIOS updated in order to accept the latest CPUs.

The BIOS chips seem to come as a set of two: GD25B64ESIG and GD25B128ESIG. My guess is one of them is a fail-safe for the main BIOS? I really don't know. Or one of them is ME and other is BIOS? I don't know.

Anyway, I took dumps of both chips and then downloaded the latest update for this motherboard from ASUS's website...
