Just buy some BIOS firmware from taobao@china to fix the issue.

Here is the firmware for the person in same issue:
    1.GL4A0 GL5A0 NM-C632 Rev 1.0
    2.GL4A0 GL5A0 NM-D271 Rev 1.0

    Enjoy

Thinkpad L14 gen2 Intel BIOS needed!

Thinkpad L14 gen2 Intel i5-1145G7, The chematic silkscreen is "GL4A0, GL5A0, NM-C632"; One day I try to change the bios feature "Intel TXT" to enabled and save & reboot.
Bad things happened! It does not boot up and show beep code:"0002:internal bus error". I tried to unsolder the bios to refresh the firmware, but unkonw how extract the image block from the *.FL1/*.FL2 files.
Does someone give some tips? Or just give the back BIOS archive should help me a lot.
