the bios work but it showing me region recovery and it start recovering but after finish it say failed to recovery and its restarting withe the same error

I search for bq24780s schematic and i find resistor valeu its 100k resistor
i put 100k resistor its in (ACDET) pin
no power the mosfet has no signal bq24780s to switch the 19v i make bridge wire and BOOM🔥 laptop turne on butte not charging battrie after i replace bq24780s and BOOM🔥 again😅 and laptop start another life thanx to ALL...Leave a comment:

i have problème boot loop uefi on my surface pro x
After unlock uefi password i can't format or restor it
I créat recovery file withe the original serial number i extract file into usb
then i disable sécurité boot i press volume down and power and release power button not boot att all
