This works but why it takes 3 minutes for the laptop to put a display? I change ram and still it take 3 minutes to display. Is the bion bin not good if its like that?

No. Bios file's good. There was a case of slow rendering due to cpu but he didn't have the tools to reballing .

Laptop wll restart several times before it gives image, then you will probably need to brand the board (write service tag and similar). Post feedback.
