Your backup is corrupt,make another couple of backups before trying any other bios,and compare them to make sure both are the same.Are you using a sop8 clip with a CH341A programmer ? and what software version
If the backup is corrupt due to the programmer,clip or software then theres a good chance that the bios you write back will also be corrupt.Last edited by SMDFlea; 07-08-2022, 11:43 PM.Comment

Try NeoProgrammer. https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...2&postcount=26 Also if you have a powered USB hub use that,or attach the charger to the laptop after attaching the clip,this will give the ch341a a bit more amperage.
If you have the black PCB version there`s a voltage mod you can do as well to make the programmer a bit more stable

Post another backup,if its a good backup then your DMI (serial number,feature byte,win key) can be copied to a new bios using a hex editor easily.You can try the bios at post #6 but you will lose the DMI and windows key.The DMI can be added using HP DMI tools ,but its not easy if you`ve never used the tools before https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...43&postcount=5

That was the only backup I had post #5.

Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).
I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. I'm trying to recover a Fujitsu Lifebook E5513 (most likely 2023 model) that was bricked during a BIOS update. The update was interrupted (probably due to power loss), and now the laptop is stuck in a boot loop showing "PBB rollback" / "SBB rollback" messages.
BIOS access (F2) and Boot Menu (F12) are no longer possible – the system instantly reboots after the rollback messages.
I extracted the official BIOS update package from Fujitsu (contains FJNB2FD.CAP, ~18.7 MB) and tried tools like UEFIExtract, but it seems to only contain... -
I have this laptop that does boot but it's on an older BIOS that has issues with Secure Boot, and I cannot use the normal Razer BIOS updater because for some reason the serial number is missing / got deleted somehow (Common issue on this model, from what I've read). I got a dump of the BIOS chip (or at least what I think is the BIOS chip), and its 16MB in size - the files from the Razer BIOS update are 8MB. (There's two 8MB files, am I supposed to combine these somehow? Or combine with an Intel ME firmware? I have no idea).

The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.
Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.
