    maybe someone can help me.
When pressing the button, it turned on and immediately turned off
Standby voltages of 3 and 5 volts appeared

IT8227E-256 was not detected in the programmer (SUCCESSOR)
After many attempts, I managed to dump it
IT8227E-256 was replaced with a new one and flashed with the dumped one
The laptop began to turn on, all standby voltages appeared, but there is no image, the power button blinks and turns off
Tried different BIOS dumps from this site and vlab
Flashed IT8227E-256 and 25R256JVEQ together and separately, the result changed But there was no image
I am 100% sure that my problem is in the wrong BIOS
Perhaps the dump 256 Kb is also faulty
Maybe someone has a set of 256 Kb and 32768 KB
    Thanks in advance

      Hello,
      Lenovo Thinkpad E14 gen2
      Board GE4B0/GE5B0 NM-D011 rev 1.0
      SN PF2HRFX9
Thank you for your help. Yesterday I programmed your dump
T8227E-256 and 25R256JVEQ the laptop turns on with the button and immediately turns off
I tried probably all the options from this forum for the NM-D011 rev 1.0 board, but none helped the result either does not turn on or cyclic reboot or immediately turns off, the indicator blinks 3 times
After numerous attempts to program with different versions of T8227E-256 and 25R256JVEQ I got a stable result, the laptop turns on, the processor heats up, the cooler turns on, the battery is charging, but there is no image
I am posting a dump with which it works without an image
      Thank you

                    Hi ^^

I have a E14 Gen2 that boots, but then throws
                    Code:
0183: Bad CRC of Security Settings in EFI variable.
I cannot continue booting and entering the BIOS prompts for a supervisor password that probably doesn't exist. Entering the BIOS anyway by using maxpowers EC bypass method and emptying the supervisor password doesn't result in an update notification and exiting the BIOS yields
                    Code:
Failed to save storage: LenovoSecurityConfig. Status: Time out.
                    and
                    Code:
                    0187: EATA access error
                    after a reboot.
I can't tell if the BIOS itself is at fault or the EC and I sadly don't own an EC programmer. Also, the schematic and boardview reads like the EC firmware is in the BIOS firmware as well, is that correct?

                    S/N: PF-3FPE9T
                    Type: 20TA-00EWGE
                    Board: GE4B0/GE5B0 NM-D011 Rev 1.0
                    BIOS Chip: 25R256JVEN

I'd be very happy if someone could fix my BIOS dump or at least point me to the right direction.

Could you help me with this BIOS? The machine is beeping as soon as it turns on and doesn't give an image. I tried the BIOS published here, but some do the same thing. So I opted for the original BIOS to see if you could help me.

Hi, I have a ThinkPad E14 Gen2 20TA-000CIX. The PC had trouble booting up, often the usual 3 flashes, and then pressing "Return" would turn it on, but not always. I successfully updated the BIOS, but it no longer turned on. The laptop doesn't have a password. I need a clean, working BIOS file. I'd like to post a dump of my chip and would like to know which EPROM to read. Thanks.

                                      Hi!
Went dumpster-diving and found a bricked Lenovo P14S in trash, few weeks earlier. Symptoms - no screen, no POST, no beep, just keyboard LEDs flashing on powerup. Mute button+LED was responding though, and the display self-test was still working (via the key combo Ctrl+Fn+Power held for some seconds, see the Service manual).

Incidentally, Windows 11 have recently started auto-flashing computer BIOS in our region. Even more suspiciously, Lenovo has released a BIOS update just few days before the PC was trashed. About a week later, the BIOS update image has been oficially marked...

                                      Problem:
I am attempting to remove the WWAN card whitelist from my Lenovo ThinkPad T560.
                                      Initial Findings:
                                      • My current BIOS version is N1KET58W (1.45).
                                      • I have a CH341A programmer and have successfully created two full backups of my BIOS.
                                      • I have the ability to use command-line tools on a Linux machine.
                                      Troubleshooting Steps & Conclusions:
                                      • I attempted to use several automated and manual patching methods on my N1KET58W (1.45) BIOS, including using hex strings. These attempts all failed.
                                      • I concluded that the

Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 (serial number: MP2BFZEF) bios request

                                      Hello,

I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....

                                      Please I need help.

Quick rundown long story shorter, but still long winded.
I received this Lenovo P1 GEN 1 about a year ago from a business.

It was pretty much dead hit the power button and the LED on the power light would come on as would the keyboard back light a couple times and just shut off or go into high speed fan mode without life other than the power button led.

At that time it was still under warranty, I spoke to Lenovo and I was going to send it in to have them repair it.

Then late last fall my father-in-law suffered...
