    Dell Latitude BIOS Read Issue - XMC25RH256CXIQ

    Hi,

    I'm looking to read the BIOS/image contents of an XMC 25RH256CXIQ chip but I can't find any programmes that are compatible with it (in combination with my CH341A programmer). AsProgrammer 2.1.0.13, NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.10 and Colibri all show no matches for the chip, although they do detect a chip being present.

    Any help would be great.

          Thanks Anhbanxio.

          So from what I've read on post #80, the XMC25RH256CXIQ shares the same properties (with programming interfaces/applications) as the MX25L25635E, XM25QW256C and W25Q256BV chips? So selecting the chip profile for one of these models should provide the correct output?

              hi i have RT809F with last update 20221212 i cant read XMC25RH256CXIQ not in list i use MX25L25635E but dump is not working can you help mais plz

                      So, i kinda spend significant ammount of the last couple of days trying to flash a new bios, and or unlocking the current bios password with little to no results.
                      The whole thing started with it being the 8fc8 bios, i found the tools to unlock that but i needed a bios dump. So i pursued that, im at a point where i dessoudered the chip, and succesfully soudered it to the ch341, dumped whatever was on it.
                      However, the tools supposed to unlock the 8fc8 say that there is no 8fc8 hex inside. And when i followed diffrent tutorials to just flash a new bios onto the chip i got stuck on the...

                      i have dell latitude E7270 with following symptoms:
                      - takes long time to restart.
                      - sometimes powers on and then off
                      - sometimes while working it just dies,

                      From googling online bios clean could possible resolve this?

                      i was able to save bios and was going to try bios clean myself but get an below error when i drop it in ME analyzer.(unsure whether this sometimes occurs or could be due to bad/corrupt bios)

                      As ME analyzer gave me an error i just decided to write bios with a cleaned bios from E7270 bios post.

                      I have a problem with my Dell Latitude E5550 laptop, in particular with its display.
                      This laptop has been sat under my desk (unused) for quite a while and I wanted to reinstall Windows and use it for some ad-hoc testing.

                      I'm working on a Dell G15 5515 (Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3050 Ti) and recently installed a compatible 4-zone RGB keyboard and controller (for Dell G15 5510/5511/5515 models). While the keyboard functions for typing, the RGB lighting is not detected by Alienware Command Center (AWCC), which displays “No AlienFX devices found.”
