WDYM by "no longer boots? Does it post and give any errors?

It is ALWAYS a rule of thumb to back up whatever you have before proceeding any further. Do this multiple times. In this case for both chips. Then verify that you have a consistent read either by comparing the files or by comparing CRCs that your software gives you at the end of the reading process.

I would recommend you taking one step at a time. For now it is unclear what the problem is. Cleaning BIOS for Intel systems usually means replacing initialized ME region with a clean (configured one). This is usually done when flashing a dump taken from another device. There are guides incl here and on win-raid about that as well as plenty of youtube videos. But chances are that your problem isn't related to damaged ME region as to my knowledge a system should be able to post anyway. So there's probably something else. For now start with making backups of what you have and posting them here with your device's IDs as everyone else.

I have a similar issue with mine and was looking for someone with a vPro CPU to share their backups. Mine (supposedly faulty, but not sure) are on the previous page. I'd be willing to flash yours and see if anything changes, but it looks like your upload hasn't been successful as I'm getting "Invalid File Specified" while trying to download.

Unfortunately, same error - Invalid File Specified. Sadly, at least for me it doesn't work. Not sure what's going on here. But I'd really appreciate if you could share it one way or another.

Turns out my bios is okay. I reworked the processor and with the same old bios and its now working well.

L13 gen2 can't be unlocked by patching bios, you have to read EC, I think is an NPCE. Or try Maxpower3's method:

There are two bios on the motherboard indicated Bios 1 and Bios 2.
Please share them here for Zalman and others who might need them.

there are 2 old old1 dumps, but they are extracted from the same laptop, believing that the first one was with an error
With the first one, the laptop starts but keeps asking for the password. With the second dump, the laptop doesn't start at all

There are 2 BIOS SPI chips on the board. And I don't believe they are supposed to have the same firmware. At least none of the ones I checked did.
And since your password in stored in EC, flashing any other dump won't do anything anything for you. As well as Maxpower3's method mentioned earlier. IIRC L13G2 uses eSPI, so you might end up shorting out the CPU. My best guess is that that reading and re-flashing EC (similar to this guide here) would be the only option apart from replacing the board

I think it is a BIOS error.
The power light comes on but does not boot.
Attached is the BIOS that boots and the BIOS that does not boot.
                                      Can someone please help me?
It is a vPro CPU so there are two files each.

                                      NG.
