Hi!
Can somebody help me reading content of SPI ROM chip for my laptop?
The technician told me, that the bios is good, but in meantime we lost the original content of Super IO chip witch is in the other side of motherBoard.
He told me, that it would help, if I could get the same version of my laptop from somebody and read the content of that chip, but I found no one in my region.
The laptop powers on, but does not boot, power button blinks.

Good morning, gentlemen, I hope you can help me with my laptop, I told you that I saved it about 2 years ago because it wouldn't turn on, now I have a ch341a programmer, I made a backup of the bios, I flashed an original downloaded from lenovo and it started, but it turned off after a few minutes, I entered the bios configuration and the brand, model, serial number, windows serial number, etc. did not appear, I request your help, I did everything I found in the forum but I could not solve it, also now it won't start again, it turns on but the fan does not turn, I will share all the information... -
So a couple of years ago i got a bios update through Lenovo Vantage, so i installed it and bricked my whole BIOS, so i couldn't fix it so i put that ideapad in a box, 3 years later i found that one PC and want to recover it to switch from a 2014 hp laptop to this one.
I found a method to recover the BIOS of many lenovo laptops tha consists in pluging in a USB Flash with the BIOS files and power on the laptop with Fn + R keys pressed until fans go loud and start beeping loud, but nothing worked, so i think filename is wrong, i tried naming the bios file as 07WW.BIN, BIOS.BIN, BIOS.fd,...10-11-2024, 03:12 PM -
Hello all,
I have a Lenovo Thinkstation P500 that is stuck at post with no display, it happened after I changed the memory timings in bios. I can not clear CMOS using the jumper on the motherboard, also tried re-flashing bios suing a USB stick but it also doesn't work. The only solution that I can think of right now is re-flashing the bios chip using an external programmer but the problem is that I don't have the bios dump of p500 for flashing externally and I don't know the location of bios chip. If someone can provide the bios dump and bios chip location it would be really helpful.... -

first of all my apologies for my English (I don't speak it very well, I am French).
I am trying to troubleshoot a lenovo ideapad 5 15alc05 ryzen 7 that boots but remains in black screen.
I would like to know if anyone knows how to extract the .bin of bios from the exe published on the lenovo site. I have found several information on the internet but they don't work in my case. I think it's because it's an amd.
I found some dump on the internet but I don't really trust it. I would like to make a clean bis from the official Lenovo file...
