Need a clean ME Region on A1502 MacBook

iam just to stupid to clean the ME Region.
Change the Serialnumber is working, but its boot very slowly and stucks on 80%. Could anyone please clean ME in my EFI-Dump?

A1502 - EFI Serial Problem an ME Region

Still stuck in antother macbook, somethings wrong with my dumps.

Could anyone put the serial in this clean dump and clean ME Region?

Tried both versions, add the serial and corrected the fsys store, but stuck on apple logo ... sont know why...
