Hello all, sorry for the long text, but i'm trying to describe it the best i can.
I've a Toshiba l50-b-2dj (board dablidmb8e0 rev:e) with the following fault : turns on, backlight on, no image, keyboard works, hdd spins and loads windows. After a minute or two, turns off. After using intel easy clean me on the bios, machine would have the same symptoms, but instead of shutting down, windows login screen would come up, and machine worked fine. Intel and Amd vga were detected and no question marks in device manager. Machine was working fine, across several reboots, appart for the no image until login screen, and the impossibility to enter bios, since there was no image at that point.
Tried another bios from the forum and went back to point 1. Tried the original cleaned image and stayed in point 1 again, i.e. shutdown when the login screen should appear.
Tried another image for another l50-b and this time i had image on boot. Since it was the wrong bios, no hdd or usb were detected. Looking at bios setup, noted it was set to CSM. If i change that to uefi, i again loose image on boot.
Can someone please have a look at my original bios ?
