yes the model and service tag are good, but this dump are not working with me, but the fan and backlight for keyboard still on

hie everyone i have my dell machine dell7420 core i7 11th gen i tried to remove the bios chip from the motherboard for reprogram but the challenge i got is the leg of the bios got broken in the process of removing it i didn't get the chance to copy the originals files from the chip because of the broken leg
now when i program the bios from another bios file or extracted bios update the machine is switching on when i plug the battery and its freeze on dell logo , when i switch on without the battery its changes the colors blue, green, red no display any help pliz
