Lenovo ThinkPad L13 20R3 EC / BIOS

Hi,
got this device turning off after a second after switching on, no shorts, after CMOS Reset it sometimes lasts for 10 seconds but turns off then. Voltages general 20V and 3.3 on EC constantly present. I assume there's a problem with the EC FW.

Dumped the EC, it's almost blank (Attached).

Could anyone upload a working dump of BIOS and EC?

Serial number's not correct, but let's try with this bios ( i can't find EC file ).

If still same problem, clear ME your bios file and reflash.
