well i tried to write modified ec.bin. After write verify error . now motherboard is no power mode. i will change the ite chip then i will update you about modify ec.bin.Thanks for your help

Try restarting the laptop, auto patch does not repair laptops, just unlock supervisor password

Try the forum autopatch, if it doesn't work post BIOS dump.

Paid service asked me to share EC dump for patch. Not to share bios dump. So i shared EC dump here. I cant take the MB dead risk again. If anybody hv 100% solution post here for help.

i checked online solution(out of this forum) for this case. They asked me to pay their charges. But they have 100% solution

ThinkPad E14 (20RA, 20RB) is possible to unlock it through DXE drives.

Just write clean ITE dump extracted from Lenovo Bios update. All data like serial, uuid will be gone but can be set again with uefi maintenance disc
