How to reset bios Password by shorting ThinkPad T420s chip?

    Hello
Have a supervisor password on the bios... Is it possible to somehow short the chip? I found out, that the bios is located here.. (look the attachment) Googled that it shoud be done by shorting of SCL and SDA.. and it works with T420... So is it possible to do the same with T420s? Sending you the shematics, which i found from the service manual of T420s...

I found out and dealed with the problem by myself. For greater safety, use grounding.
Just find chip U22 and short the legs, which are highlited on the picture 2.
Hold the short before you press the power button. Now holding the short, press "start" button on the laptop.
After pc starts, keep pressing F1 to enter in Bios. Dont hold it after you enter into the Bios.
After you done and successfully entered into the Bios, change the supervisor password, save and restart.
After that, enter into the Bios again using your new password, delete it in Bios leaving blank the placeholders with the "new password".
Do everything without a battery, only with the charger.
Leave pc turned off without the battery for a while to let the Bios settle and rest after the procedure, and prevent the supervisor password come back again.
      That's it.

I dont remember where i have found it, and the notebook is already sold..
Try to find those pins on the motherboard (highlited with circle), or look for Q97, R541 numbers. I remember, that this chip was under black protective tape
