The chassis of my Dell Latitude 3420 no longer has the Service Tag label.
In the BIOS (F2) it shows as Unknown.
Is there any other way to retrieve this number?

It didn't work!
I was able to uncheck it in the BIOS, but when I restarted it, the absolute (computrace) screen appeared, even though it was disabled in the BIOS.Comment

The first .ROM kept it inactive in the BIOS, the second has the option to permanently disable it.

Dell latitude 5580, motherboard cdp 80 la-e151p
3 amber 3 white blinks. Dell website sais it's problem "bios recovery" and suggested solution "recovery image not found"

I try plugging charger while pressing ctrl+esc, machine turns on, nothing and after 20 seconds it gives 3 amber 3 white blinks again.
