hi onizzbox ,i have installed a bin file which turns on the laptop normally and can get into bios, but cannot see the storage mini nvme
anyway to fix this , the file is uploaded

In this 11th gen CPU, it require some drivers when you install windows to be able to detect nvme drive. Have you tried it yet?

the bios can't detect the internal storage, but it can boot from usb device

From the service tag you gave it appears that you have Pro Service support:

When you ..bought.. the laptop you should have transferred proof of ownership. If you have it then its still under warranty, it seems very strange

I am already im serviced on mbd so not able to cover the warranty pls any solution
its customer's laptop we don't have a bill copy also any help pls

I have a dell 5420 board LA-K491P, can you help me with unlocking the bios? I can access the settings but have an administrator password. Thanks in advance! Something else has anyone seen this memory Winbond 25R256JV this dell has this memory so I could only read it with CH341A because the rt809h could not even identify..

Use a hex editor and compare a locked and unlocked bios,you might get an idea how to do it for yourself .
