Use a hex editor and compare a locked and unlocked bios,you might get an idea how to do it for yourself .

Don't think so , we are talking about 11th generation (Tiger Lake) machine, so the things are not as simple as you imagine, at least you will mislead someone with such statements. The way to unlock the bios (as it should be done, and also not to mention the dirty ME firmware in the dump you've uploaded) of a particular machine is quite different. The tricks of the past don't work here to say the least.

Hello Vesko, today I unlocked a latidude 5320 from 11th, with tiger lake, I did it with Lbe++ Smart option, without problems but I know that you know much more than me but I think this file is useful attentive to your comments...

( just a question i unlocked a dell 5400 with a bios dump then cleared me and so far the laptop works without any problem, im not an expert but im tried to understand why this method is bad ????)

Good Day. thank you for you help and support, I have tried but no luck. laptop not power on anymore uploaded old bios dump same problem. i have XMC 25RH256CX ic 3.3v , i have done dumps using XM25QW256C [3.3V] , W25Q256BV [3.3V] and MX25L25635E [3.3V] , all files compared and they are same.
be4 Uploading unlocked dump , i cleared IC (filled with 0xFF) and done WRITE with Verification. all ok. but laptop power lights (on power btn) comes on and goes off after few secs. nothing on the screen . any idea ?
It is LA-K491P Mother board with Intel i5 .... same if i upload original dump i have made.
maybe u have any bios dumps , could be pass locked so i can try to bring it alive thx a lot for your help

Sorry for old post. I managed to bring it back alive. used to do Voltage mod on programmer. uploaded XM25QH256B [3.3V] 256 Mbits, 32 Mbytes OLD dump and it works, will try ur file now . reply on success. THX
