Have working dump from site but long time start.
Have an original Bios_reg (is BAD) and original ME_region. How to mix it?

How can I dump my bios to share here? I purchased a ch134a and I have a raspberry pi 3+. Do I need to dump via hardware or is there a way to software dump the bios?Comment

Also there is a 1MB another bios on the board. What is this for? Is needed to proper boot?

I got this laptop for repair as the owner doesn't know the password (not sure it's a real owner). Is there any way to re-programm the bios chip or do you think Dell technicians will be able to help (even we don't have proof of purchase)?

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?
My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.

Hello folks,
an acquaintance brought me a motherboard from a Dell Latitude 5520 with the mainboard 0g60m3...
Bios corrupt and admin password from his children, they are 7 and 9y old.
Today I wanted to desolder the chip with hot air in order to be able to read it out and possibly rewrite it.
It's not the first time I've done something like this, but Dell is new territory. can it be that dell sticks the bios chips on? I could not remove the chip (W25R256JVEN). is there a how to or information?
